Our rate is $800.00 a day, plus all travel expenses including insurance for travel and gear. All travel expenses including: air travel, food and drinks, lodging, communication expense(cell or satellite phone and internet), ground transp0rtation, taxes, departure taxes, insurances, are paid with a deposit and an itemized invoice is provided at the conclusion of the project.
Depending on the project size we require at least 8 hours for image processing and delivery of media. Additional editing and processing is billable above this time and will be quoted over and above. Media is determined by the file size.
We make every effort to accomplish the defined project. We retain all rights to images unless agreements are made before departure. If technology is available and sufficient per our liking to send files via the internet, we will do so to assure that final images, audio, and video are backed up. We make no implied warranty or guarantee of the finished product as to its merchantability.
